One last taste of winter...

It'll be gone by this afternoon, so George and I enjoyed it while we could. Kinda bittersweet. We're ready for spring, but snowy mornings are so pretty and peaceful. I'll miss them

The weather didn't exactly cooperate, but fortunately What's the Scoop was open tonight so we could celebrate George's 7th birthday! That pup cup didn't last very long. He's kinda like me - he doesn't care how cold and damp it is outside. Ice cream is good any time!

Who gets married on a Tuesday morning?

We do! Ed called his mom and asked her for a ride to the garage to pick up his truck, which he'd parked out in the woods. She came into the house with no idea that she was actually walking into our wedding! Happy April Fools Day! The Justice of the Peace performed a very sweet, personalized ceremony, which Houston planted himself right in the middle of, and then we celebrated with pictures with the dogs. Always a good time! So, after almost 9 years of feeling like we were married anyway, we have officially tied the knot. ❤️
